Terms of Service

TutorKonnect is a marketplace. We introduce parents and students to independent tutors. We are not the employer or agent of any tutor, and the actual teaching arrangement is a direct contract between the parent/student and the tutor.

You must be 18+ to create an account. Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Submit genuine ID, qualifications and profile information.
• Maintain an active subscription to appear in listings and receive enquiries.
• Deliver classes professionally and communicate honestly with parents/students.

• Use enquiries and demo requests genuinely; do not spam tutors.
• Post reviews truthfully and only after taking a class.
• Pay tutors directly for lessons as agreed with them.

Tutor subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. Prices, plan features and validity are shown on the pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• No impersonation, fraud, harassment or illegal content.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering or resale of profiles and data.
• No sharing of contact details outside the platform to avoid subscription fees.

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant TutorKonnect a worldwide licence to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.

TutorKonnect is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality of any lesson, dispute between users, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time from settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
